In my line of work I try to go the extra mile – but may have met my match here. For a SA company – the service and customer feedback is just really excellent. A suggestion for the on-line forum: a wish list in the form of a poll – I.e. if a certain number of forum members vote for a new product to be added to your warehouse – it gives you an idea whether the risk is worthwhile; maybe even take a 10% deposit to minimize the chance of a non-moving item just sitting on the shelves…Best regards and wishing you exponential growth (maybe have an interview in one of the motoring magazines to expose detailing to a wider audience??)
