Shipping & Returns


Products are usually dispatched from our warehouse only after payment has been cleared and verified into the bank account. Order processing usually takes up to 48 hours. Shipping speeds depend on stock levels and shipping method is chosen. Shipping times are an estimate from time of dispatch and NOT from the time of placing an order therefore estimates are not guaranteed. Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, the customer will be contacted via email.

Should a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund or placing a backorder for the product. Because we strive to offer a wide range of products to the community, including unusual and hard to source products, some of our products have a lead times before the order can be shipped.

In-store Collections:

Currently, we offer an in-store pickup-service within the Johannesburg area. Orders can be collected from our store once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

Courier to Your Door

We now offer convenient courier to your door at very affordable prices to the following main centers

  • Johannesburg Center and Pretoria (Est. 1-2 Days)
  • Western Cape & Kwa-Zulu Natal (Est. 2-3 Days)
  • Outlying areas may have longer lead times.

Please note: shipping addresses that fall outside of the main centers will be quoted and billed accordingly. Maximum shipping weight per box is 15KG’s, orders over 15KG’s will be split and billed separately.
Orders cannot be sent via courier to PO BOX addresses.
Orders placed during Free Shipping promotions will be shipped via Courier economy road freight.
Estimated Delivery times are AFTER DISPATCH – Allow 1-2 days for order processing before dispatch.

Once the order is has been shipped and track and trace number issued, it is out of the control of CrazyDetailer cc and CrazyDetailer cc cannot be held liable for the safe and timeous delivery. Delivery issues need to be handled courier company.
NOTE: Liquid Goods cannot be insured.

Refunds & Returns policy:

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Note, if the purchase was shipped, the customer will be liable for return shipping and insurance costs.

A full refund will only be issued if products are returned unopened/unused and in a resell-able state. Should an opened product be returned, the product will be assessed by CrazyDetailer to determine the amount of refund due. A 35% administration fee will be charged.

All products being shipped back to CrazyDetailer must be repackaged in secure/seal-able packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices, CrazyDetailer will not be liable for the damages. We, therefore, recommend that you insure your products when shipping them back to us, and make sure that they are properly packaged.

Warranty on all polishers and machinery are ‘carry-in’ or ‘return to manufacturer’ and honored by the respective representative in South Africa. CrazyDetailer can assist where possible to facilitate contact with the respective representative.
