So I place an order last week after chatting to Neil on email and was told that due to the public holiday I might only receive my goods on Monday(28/09/09).

Neil calls me on Friday and arranges to meet me as the goods are ready. They certainly go the extra mile and freely give advice on the numerous questions I had. big up to them.

I have recently purchased collinite no845 wax. Tnx to the team at the store they guided me in not buying the mothers product. I have tried the wax it out on my vehicles and this works to my satisfaction. You guys at the store have set a high standard in products. Which tells me that there are better products. Now my standards of detailing my vehicles are higher.

I must say awesome service guys from the beginning to the end. I even got extra products with the machine I ordered that alone just blew me over the moon! I will be using guys very very soon again. we had a small issue with couriers but Neil and Pravin was on it and was sorted out within 10min now that is FAST SERVICE! These guys are boss! The products that were recommended worked exactly as explained. All high-quality stuff from shampoo (Car Chem), claying, polish (Autoglym), and glaze (Soft99). I will definitely be buying again.

From ordering until delivery, only exceptional service, even with follow up communication from Pravin to advise about delivery options. All in all three days from payment until delivery.
