So I place an order last week after chatting to Neil on email and was told that due to the public holiday I might only receive my goods on Monday(28/09/09).

Neil calls me on Friday and arranges to meet me as the goods are ready. They certainly go the extra mile and freely give advice on the numerous questions I had. big up to them.
