So I place an order last week after chatting to Neil on email and was told that due to the public holiday I might only receive my goods on Monday(28/09/09).

Neil calls me on Friday and arranges to meet me as the goods are ready. They certainly go the extra mile and freely give advice on the numerous questions I had. big up to them.

When I placed my order, I was informed that due to the warehouse changes, I would only receive my package after the 20th. I am happy to report, that on the morning of the 20th I was notified that it was shipped, I received it at 09h30. Amazing service and communication from Monique and the Crazy Detailer Guys.
