1. Preparation

3. Applying the Product

Tough to remove: The only ways to remove this coating after cure are the use of a heavy cutting compound or wet sand with P1000 grit sandpaper.

APLICATION

• Shake the bottle well before use. Use out of direct sunlight and use on cold surfaces.
• Machine: Use Nasiol Cleanion Pro by diluting 1:1 (foam lance), 1:100 (water ta<nk). Apply a thick layer of the foam onto the surface of the vehicle and leave it to dwell for 1-2 minutes. How to Apply Nasiol Metalcoat?

• Ensure that temperature and relative humidity (RH) values (+5˚C ~ + 30˚C / 41 ˚F ~ 86 ˚F / 50% RH) of application space are as close as possible to suggested conditions to achieve maximum product performance. Avoid direct sunlight during the application and only work on cool surfaces. Wash your vehicle thoroughly.
• If required, apply clay bar. After decontamination, apply polishing / compounding via using appropriate tools and silicone / waxfree cutting compounds with respect to the physical condition of your vehicle’s surface. When polishing is complete, wash the car and ensure that all the application areas are totally dry before using the product.
• Prepare the surface by using Nasiol Clean to remove any residual contamination and dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth prior to the use of the product.
• Before using the product, wear the protective nitrile gloves included in the box. Place the suede cloth onto applicator block’s sponge surface proportionally. Shake product gently before use. Do not work on areas largerthan 1m²/10ft² at once.
• Open the lid and pour essential amount of product onto the suede cloth. 5-8mL is enough for 1m²/10ft² area. Do not forget to close the lid during the application. Dispose or replace suede after use on 3-4 panel sections.
• Spread the product gently over the surface with a criss-cross motion. Once beading occurs (it takes 30 seconds in normal conditions) wipe the excessive amount of the product off the surface gently using the Nasiol Microfiber Cloth in linear motions.
• After wiping the surface, complete final buffing gently with using Nasiol Microfiber Cloth in circular motions for each section. Keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, dust, water and contamination during 24 hours curing period.

APPLICATION

• For best results, ensure that the environment where the application will take place is as close as possible to the recommended levels of temperature and humidity (23°C and 50% relative humidity)
• Apply in a shaded area
• Only apply to surfaces that are not too cold or warm
• Wash your vehicle thoroughly and gently. If necessary, should the PPF surface is suitable, polishing treatments can be applied using silicone-free products.
  Dry the vehicle thoroughly to prevent water drops on the surface during application.
• Eliminate any dust and dirt on the surface before application using Nasiol Clean. Ensure that the surface has thoroughly dried.
• Partition the application area visually or with masking tape. Do not work on a partition larger than 1m² at a time.
• Overlapping edges of partitions do not cause issues during application.
• Shake the product gently before use. Carefully remove the cap. Place the small suede cloth on the block applicator, and apply the necessary amount of product (depending on the size of the application area) onto the cloth. Recap the bottle in order to prevent air contact. Using the suede cloth, spread the product throughout the surface in horizontal and vertical movements.
• Using the enclosed microfiber cloth, carefully wipe any excess product off the surface within 30–60 seconds. Avoid causing swirls during this step. You can use a lighting system to ensure there is no product residue left on the surface. Following the application of the first layer, wait for 60 minutes, then repeat the steps for the second layer.
• Throughout the curing time, keep the coated surface away from direct sunlight, excessive dust, water, and other contaminants. For the first 48 hours, do not wash the surface with shampoo or detergents.
• The vehicle can be taken outdoors 24 hours after the application.
