Innovative machine polish for fast reworking of heavily weathered paintwork, elimination of deep scratches, and effective removal of paint mists and sanding traces of up to 1,200 grain. With its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 achieves an extremely high level of cut with an excellent gloss level. Can be polished for prolonged periods without sticking and with low dust formation. Ideally suited to all types of paint (both soft and scratch-proof).

Directions

Apply in a crosswise motion with a rotary polisher and a lambskin pad (for sanding traces of 1,200–2,500) or the Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding traces of 1,500–3,000). Apply polishing compound at medium speed and with medium pressure. Polish afterwards with Micro Cut M3.02 or Finish F6.01 for the best possible finish.

High-Gloss Fine Polish with a Sealant

The One Cut & Finish P6.02 is a machine polish for the permanent removal of polishing haze, holograms and scratches as well as sanding from grit P 2000 with a simultaneous sealing effect. A brilliant and durable high-gloss finish is created through the use of homogeneous abrasives. The innovative One Cut & Finish P6.02 combines an optimal ratio of abrasiveness and gloss for economical and effective work in vehicle preparation. The One Cut & Finish P6.02 is economical, easy to polish and easy to wipe off. Contains carnauba wax and non-volatile silicones.

Directions

Apply using a high-performance orbital polisher and a One Step Pad in a crosswise direction. Apply the high-gloss polish at a medium speed with medium pressure.

Fine polishing compound, silicone-oil-free

Intelligent machine polish of the latest generation with unique aluminum oxide quality. The intelligent grain size ensures very quick, complete removal of wash system scratches and similar traces of use and gives the paintwork a long-lasting deep sheen. Sanding marks left behind by 2500 grade sanding media are removed effortlessly. Fine Cut F6.01 is therefore ideally suited for perfect reconditioning of medium to heavily weathered paintwork. Perfectly coordinated for the treatment of scratch-proof paint.

Directions

Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad) and polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm. At the start of the polishing process, we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed. In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed. The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with a microfibre cloth. Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Micro Cut M3.02.

Micro polishing compound, silicone-oil-free

Micro Cut M3.02 is the latest generation machine micro-polish for the permanent removal of streaks, holograms, fine scratches and sanding marks to P3000 grain size on all paint systems (including scratch-resistant). Through the use of highly specialised, extremely homogenous abrasive bodies, a brilliant permanent high gloss finish is created under extreme light conditions even on dark and similarly sensitive shades. Holograms and fine scratches are eliminated mechanically and not, which is often the case, covered over. Micro Cut M3.02 is extremely economical, easy to polish and removable without leaving traces.

Directions

For optimum results we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation. Alternatively, a rotary polisher can be used in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Before use, moisten dried or new pads completely with polish. With the machine switched off, apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated and then polish crosswise with medium pressure until a transparent film appears, i.e., until the aluminum oxide in the polish has completely broken down. Do not use pads used with this product for other products. Polish afterwards with Fine Cut & Finish F6.01 for the best possible finish.
