How to Purchase online at

3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Register on and login
Step 2: Browse through our selection of products and add the products and Quantities you would like to the order into your shopping cart.
Step 3: Once you are complete with your shopping, select "Check out", you will be provided the Banking Details and order total.  You can then process an EFT (Electronic FUNDS Transfer) from your bank account to the CrazyDetailer account, and e-mail your Proof of payment to Crazydetailer and any special instructions you might have (e.g. Shipping)

Once we receive proof of payment, your order will be processed adn you will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready for collection or to be shipped.


Products are usually dispatched from our warehouse only after payment has been cleared and verified into the bank account. Order processing usually takes up to 48 hours . Shipping speeds depend on stock levels and shipping method chosen. Shipping times are an estimate  from time of dispatch and NOT from the time of placing an order therefore estimates are not guaranteed. Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, the customer will be contacted via email.

Should a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund or placing a back order for the product. Because we strive to offer a wide range of products to the community, including unusual and hard to source products, some of our products have a lead times before the order can be shipped.

Instore Collections:
Currently we offer an in-store pickup-service within the Johannesburg area. Orders can be collected from our store once you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

South African Post Office
Crazydetailer is now also able to ship your order to any post office counter within South Africa, using the South African postal services, estimate shipping totals are added to your checkout total and is based on the weight of your total order. E.g. of estimated costs:  total order weight  up to 1Kg = 65.00 and R5.00 for additional KG thereafter.
You will be provided with a Track and Trace Number so that the package can be tracked at all times.
Estimate shipping delivery time is between 5-7 working days. AFTER DISPATCH

Important Notice :
CrazyDetailer takes utmost care that all items are LEAK tested and are packaged in such a way that the goods do not get damaged. In some cases leak proof caps are used on the bottles to ensure they do not leak during transit. Goods are packaged between protective filler to avoide them from moving around and allowing cushioning , And sealed in boxes which are marked clearly as FRAGILE.  Parcels are taken to the Post Office personally and we ensure that when parcels are submitted to the post office, that it is in excellent condition.

CrazyDetailer will not be responsible for parcels and goods that get damaged (torn, wet, miss handled, etc.) during the postal process. 
When collecting your parcel from your local post office, please ensure that the parcel is in good condition.  If it is NOT in good/acceptable condition, or if the goods are damaged, the issue needs to be addressed with the post office directly where the parcel is collected, immediately. If you are not 100% comfortable with the Post Office terms and conditions please ask one of our team to quote you on safer courier options.

Courier to Your Door
We now offer convenient courier to your door at very affordable prices to the following main centres 

  • Johannesburg Center and Pretoria (as per map)
  • Western Cape (as per map)
  • Kwa-Zulu Natal (as per map)

Please note: shipping addresses that fall outside of the main centers will be sent via South African Post office and billed accordingly. Maximum shipping weight per box is 20KG's , orders over 20KG's will be split and billed seperately.
Orders cannnot be sent via courier to PO BOX addresses.
Estimated Delivery time is between 1-3 working days, AFTER DISPATCH

Speed Services, Counter to door, Overnight Shipping to outlying is available on request , please speak to our team  to arrange a quotation for shipping before payment is made.


  • Whilst liquid products are "leak tested" prior to packing and all care is taken to properly secure and package orders, CrazyDetailer cc cannot be held responsible for the goods in transit via the South African Post Office or otherwise.
  • Once the order is has been shipped and track and trace number issued, it is out of the control of CrazyDetailer cc and CrazyDetailer cc cannot be held liable for the safe and timeous delivery.
  • Delivery issues needs to be handled directly with the South African Post office or ortherwise by the customer.
  • NOTE: Liquid Goods cannot be insured .
  • If the post office does not issue a physical collection slip, please call the post office or SAPO Track and trace with your tracking number to locate your package. Packages returned to CrazyDetailer c.c. will be charged to reship!

Refunds & Returns policy:

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund less shipping costs. Note,if the purchase was shipped, the customer will be liable for shipping and insurance costs.

A full refund will only be issued if products are returned unopened/unused. Should an opened product be returned, the product will be assessed by CrazyDetailer to determine the amount of refund due.  A 35% administration fee will be charged.

All products being shipped back to CrazyDetailer  must be repackaged in secure / sealable packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices, CrazyDetailer will not be liable for the damages. We therefore recommend that you insure your products when shipping them back to us, and make sure that they are properly packaged.
